Tenancy Toolbox Comment

We know of tenants who have sought assistance from Darwin Community Legal Services and have expected more support of a legal nature and assistance in dealing with Tenancy issues that are clearly not the fault of the tenant. While we hope that these instances are rare, we still recommend that contact them when you need assistance with issues and of course you can report the experience with us if you are not happy with the level of advise given.

When Tenant's have issues it can be a very overwhelming time and simply going through legal jargon and saying that you have a good case is just not enough with the process of dealing with a dispute or issue.

Darwin Community Legal Services currently does not use all the media resources available to them to have a high visibility in the Northern Territory like many Legal and Tenant services across Australia and New Zealand.
